Request account deletion
Already signed in? The fastest way is in the app: open Takbeer Time, sign in if you aren't, then tap "Delete my account" in the footer. Your account is removed immediately.
This form is for users who can't access the app anymore — for example, you've lost the device, can't sign in, or never set up email/password.
What gets deleted
- Your account row (email, name, password hash, Firebase ID, last-login timestamp).
- Your favourites, default-masjid setting, and preferred-keeper choices.
- Your reminder preferences.
- Suggestions you've sent to time-keepers.
What's kept (anonymously)
- Your submitted prayer timings, re-attributed as "Deleted user." This is so the community keeps seeing the times they're relying on tomorrow morning.
- Suggestions sent to you (the senders should still see what they sent and to whom).
If you want a specific submitted timing removed too, mention it in the reason field below and we'll handle it manually.
Submit the request
We'll process the deletion within 7 days. We won't confirm whether the email belongs to a real account (so attackers can't use this form to enumerate users) — but if it does, the account will be deleted; if it doesn't, the request is safely discarded.
